Totem-Pole Bridgeless PFC (Synchronous FETs)
Description
This is a Totem-Pole Bridgeless PFC with MOSFETs on the low-frequency side, which can achieve even higher efficiency and bi-directional operation by changing the control method.
The switch acts as a boost converter when the input voltage is positive and negative half cycle respectively. The totem pole structure solves the recovery loss problem of rectifier diodes.
