SCT4 시리즈는 단락 내량 시간을 손상시키지 않고, 업계 최고 수준의 저 ON 저항을 실현한 제4세대 제품입니다. 본 시리즈는 기존품 대비 ON 저항을 약 40%, 스위칭 손실을 약 50% 저감하였습니다. 또한, 게이트 - 소스 전압은 취급이 쉬운 15V에도 대응하여, 어플리케이션 설계의 편의성이 향상됩니다.
