오토모티브용 2.7V~5.5V 입력 1A 1ch 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터
BD9S111NUX-C는 저 ON 저항 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 최대 1A의 전류를 출력할 수 있으며, 스위칭 주파수가 2.2MHz로 고속이므로 소형 인덕터 사용이 가능합니다. 전류 모드 제어를 통해 고속 과도 응답 성능을 실현하였습니다. 출력전압을 1.2V (BD9S110NUX-C) / 1.8V (BD9S111NUX-C)로 설정하는 귀환 저항과 위상보상 회로를 내장하여, 적은 외장 부품으로 어플리케이션을 구성할 수 있습니다.
