BA00CC0WT-V5는 출력전류 1A까지 공급 가능한 저포화 레귤레이터입니다. 외장 저항을 통해 출력전압을 임의로 설정할 수 있으며, 폭넓은 패키지 라인업을 구비하고 있습니다. 본 IC는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다.
