BV1HL045EFJ-C는 오토모티브용 1ch High-side 스위치입니다. 출력의 이상 모드를 검출하는 과전류 제한 기능, 단락 검출 기능, 부하 오픈 검출 기능, 온도 보호 기능, 전압 저하 시 출력 OFF 기능을 내장하고 있으며, 이상 검출 시의 진단 출력 기능을 구비하고 있습니다. 과전류 제한치는 2.5A~5.5A입니다. 또한, 과전류 제한치가 5.0A~12.0A인 BV1HJ045EFJ-C도 라인업으로 구비하고 있습니다.
