대전류 용도 고정밀도 쿨롱 카운터 (Coulomb Counter) / Low-side 전류 모니터
BD7220FV-C는 대전류 검출용 쿨롱 카운터 (Coulomb Counter) IC입니다. 16bit ΔΣADC와 더불어 고정밀도 OP Amp, 전류 적산 로직 회로를 내장하여, 전류 적산치를 고정밀도로 연산할 수 있습니다. 전류의 센스 입력은 션트 저항과 전류 출력 타입의 전류 센서에 대응하며, 통신 I/F로서 SPI를 탑재하고 있습니다. 고정밀도 측정에 필요한 캘리브레이션도 SPI command만으로 실시할 수 있으므로, 본 IC만으로 배터리의 잔량 예측에 필요한 전류 적산 정보를 얻을 수 있습니다.
