The ML7396 family is a Sub-GHz wideband wireless LSI for smart meters in the 900 MHz bands.
The ML7396D is used for ARIB STD-T108(specified low-power radio station, 920MHz-band telemeter, telecontrol, and data transmission radio equipment) compliant radio station, and uses a packet transmission function of IEEE802.15.4d and IEEE802.15.4g.
The ML7396D has the same features as the previous ML7396B with improved receive sensitivity.
