The ML7344J is a low-power Sub-GHz narrowband wireless LSI that supports 160MHz to 510MHz.
The ML7344J complies with Japanese low-power security system radio stations and specified low-power radio stations.
The ML7344J includes the "ML7344JCGDZ05BX" equipped with a 26MHz oscillation circuit and the "ML7344JTGDZ05BX" that supports TCXO (26MHz) direct input.
