ML7436N-480ATB
Sub-GHz SoCThe ML7436N is a low-power Sub-GHz wireless LSI that integrates a microcontroller and 389MHz to 1,100MHz and 2.4GHz radio.
The microcontroller section of the ML7436N is equipped with an ARM Cortex-M3 core, 1MB of flash ROM, and 256 KB of RAM.
With its large memory capacity and ability to incorporate advanced communication protocols such as multi-hop and mesh networks, it is ideal for next-generation smart meters and IoT devices.
