ML7416N-660ALA
Sub-GHz SoCThe ML7416N is a low-power Sub-GHz wideband wireless LSI that integrates a microcontroller and a 900MHz band radio.
The radio section of the ML7416N is equivalent to the ML7396B, and the microcontroller section is equipped with an ARM Cortex-M0+ core, 512 KB of flash ROM, and 64 KB of RAM.

ML7416 evaluation kit is available for TX/RX performance evaluation and software development.
Enclosed RF test macro enables to confirm TELEC test item immediately.
This kit includes source codes of sample program for on-chip peripherals, and provides environmental files to use generic Arm development kit in the market.
Also planning to provide Wi-SUN evaluation software (binary) in June 2015.
