ML22420은 음성 데이터가 저장되는 외부 ROM에 직렬 인터페이스를 통해 연결되는 음성 합성 LSI입니다.
이 LSI는 편집 ROM, ADPCM2 디코더, 16비트 DA 컨버터, 로우패스 필터 및 모노 스피커 앰프를 포함합니다. 또한 ML22420은 동기 직렬 인터페이스를 지원합니다.
음성 출력에 필요한 모든 기능을 단일 칩에 통합하여, 이 LSI는 소형 휴대용 장치에 더 쉽게 내장될 수 있습니다.
