ML2276X (ML22765 / ML22764 / ML22763-XXX)는 음성 데이터를 저장하는 P2ROM 내장 음성 합성 LSI입니다.
음성 속도 변환, 피치 변환, 편집 ROM, ADPCM2 디코더, 16bit DA 컨버터, 저역 통과 필터, 모노 스피커 앰프를 내장하고 있습니다. ML2276X는 I²C 인터페이스를 지원합니다. 음성 출력을 위한 모든 기능을 1칩에 통합함으로써 소형 휴대 기기에 쉽게 탑재할 수 있습니다.
