ML2272X(ML22725/ML22724/ML22723-XXX)는 음성 데이터를 저장하는 P2ROM 내장 Speech Synthesis LSIs입니다.
이 LSIs는 음성 속도 변환, 피치 변환, Edit ROM, ADPCM2 디코더, 16bit DA 컨버터, 로우 패스 필터 및 모노럴 스피커 앰프를 내장하고 있습니다. ML2272X는 동기식 시리얼 인터페이스를 지원합니다. 음성 출력에 필요한 모든 기능을 하나의 칩에 통합함으로써, 이 LSIs는 소형 휴대 기기에 더욱 쉽게 통합될 수 있습니다.
