ML226xx 시리즈는 4Mbit~32Mbit의 플래시 메모리를 내장한 Speech Synthesis LSIs입니다.
대용량 메모리는 음성 안내 등 장시간 오디오 재생에 이상적입니다. 플래시 메모리는 오디오 데이터의 손쉬운 재기록을 지원하며, MCU에서 사운드 데이터를 재기록하는 기능도 탑재하고 있습니다.
고음질을 실현하는 HQ-ADPCM, 16bit D/A 컨버터, 로우패스 필터를 채택하였으며, 스피커를 직접 구동할 수 있는 1.0W 모노럴 스피커 앰프를 내장하고 있습니다.
오디오 출력에 필요한 기능을 단일 칩에 통합함으로써, 이 LSI만 추가하여 쉽게 오디오 기능을 실현할 수 있습니다.
