ML226xx 시리즈는 4Mbit~32Mbit Flash Memory를 내장한 Speech Synthesis LSIs입니다. 대용량 메모리는 음성 안내와 같은 장시간 오디오 재생에 이상적입니다. Flash Memory를 통해 오디오 데이터의 간편한 재기록이 가능하며, MCU로부터 사운드 데이터를 재기록하는 기능도 갖추고 있습니다. 고음질을 구현하는 HQ-ADPCM, 16bit D/A 컨버터, 로우패스 필터를 채용하고 있으며, 스피커를 직접 구동할 수 있는 1.0W 모노 스피커 앰프를 내장하고 있습니다. 오디오 출력에 필요한 기능들이 단일 칩에 통합되어 있어, 이 Speech Synthesis LSIs를 추가하는 것만으로 오디오 기능을 쉽게 실현할 수 있습니다.
