ML226xx 시리즈는 4Mbit~32Mbit 플래시 메모리를 탑재한 Speech Synthesis LSIs입니다.
대용량 메모리는 음성 가이드와 같은 장시간 오디오 재생에 이상적입니다. 플래시 메모리는 오디오 데이터를 쉽게 다시 작성할 수 있으며, MCU에서 사운드 데이터를 다시 작성하는 기능도 갖추고 있습니다.
고음질을 실현하는 HQ-ADPCM, 16bit D/A 컨버터 및 저역 통과 필터를 채용하고 있으며, 스피커를 직접 구동할 수 있는 1.0W 모노럴 스피커 앰프를 내장하고 있습니다.
오디오 출력에 필요한 기능이 하나의 칩에 통합되어 있어 이 LSI를 추가하는 것만으로 오디오 기능을 쉽게 실현할 수 있습니다.
샘플은 ML22Q624-NNNTB (패킹 타입: 테이핑)에서 이용 가능합니다.
