ML22594-xxx는 음성 데이터용 MASK ROM을 내장한 4채널 믹싱 Speech Synthesis LSIs 입니다.
HQ-ADPCM 디코더를 통해 고음질 음성을 지원하며, 16bit D/A 컨버터, 로우 패스 필터, 스피커 구동용 1.0W 모노럴 스피커 앰프, 그리고 스피커 핀의 과전류 검출 기능을 내장하고 있습니다. 외부 ROM을 이용한 음성 재생을 통해 고품질의 장시간 음성 재생이 가능합니다. 음성 출력에 필요한 기능이 모두 단일 칩에 통합되어 있어, 이 LSI 하나만으로 시스템에 오디오 기능을 추가할 수 있습니다.
