BD70H31G-C는 검출 해제 전압 3.06V의 Nch 오픈 드레인 출력 감시용 IC입니다. 로옴의 감시용 IC는 CMOS 프로세스를 채용한 고정밀도 · 초저소비전류 IC입니다. 어플리케이션에 따라 선택 가능하도록 Nch 오픈 드레인 출력의 BD70Hxx-xC 시리즈와, CMOS 출력의 BD73Hxx-2C 시리즈를 구비하였습니다. 히스테리시스 폭이 없으므로 검출 해제 전압은 검출 전압과 동일한 수치로 설정되어 있습니다.
