로옴의 BD45Exxxx-M, BD46Exxxx-M 시리즈는 CMOS 프로세스를 채용한 고정밀도 · 저소비전류 리셋 IC 시리즈입니다. 카운터 타이머 지연회로를 내장하여 지연시간 설정용 외장 콘덴서가 필요하지 않습니다.
Nch 오픈 드레인 출력의 BD45Exxxx-M 시리즈와 CMOS 출력의 BD46Exxxx-M 시리즈를 구비하여, 어플리케이션에 따라 선택 가능합니다. 검출전압은 2.3V~4.8V까지, 0.1V step으로 각 26종, 고정 지연시간에 따라 총 156타입의 라인업을 구비하고 있습니다.
