BD9S200MUF-C는 저 ON 저항 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 최대 2A의 전류를 출력할 수 있습니다. SLLM™ 제어로, 경부하 시에도 효율 특성이 양호하여 대기 시 전력 삭감에 최적입니다. 스위칭 주파수가 2.2MHz로 고속이므로 소형 인덕터 사용이 가능합니다. 전류 모드 제어를 통해 고속 부하 응답과 간단한 위상보상 설정을 실현합니다. 또한, 외부 펄스에 동기 가능합니다.

This Evaluation Board was developed for ROHM's single Synchronous buck DC/DC converter BD9S200MUF-C. It is a synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low On Resistance power MOSFETs. The BD9S200MUF-C accepts a power supply input range of 2.7V to 5.5V and generates a maximum output current of 2A. The SLLMTM control provides excellent efficiency characteristics in light-load conditions which make the product ideal for reducing standby power consumption of equipment. BD9S200MUF-C is a current mode control DC/DC Converter and features high-speed transient response.
