BD9D321EFJ는 저 ON 저항 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 동기정류 강압 스위칭 레귤레이터입니다. 최대 3A의 전류를 출력할 수 있습니다. 경부하 시에 저소비 동작을 실행하는 독자적인 고정 온 타임 제어 방식을 채용하여, 대기전력을 억제하고자 하는 기기에 최적입니다. 또한, 고정 온 타임 제어 DC/DC 컨버터이므로 고속 과도 응답 성능을 실현하여, 위상보상 회로를 외장할 필요가 없습니다.
