BD9B207ANF-Z는 저 ON 저항 전력 MOSFET가 내장된 BD9Bx07NF-Z 시리즈의 단일 동기식 강압 DC-DC 컨버터 중 하나입니다. 최대 2A의 전류를 공급할 수 있습니다. ±1% 기준 전압으로 인해 출력 전압은 높은 정밀도를 얻을 수 있습니다. 정전류 On-time 제어 시스템으로 인해 빠른 과도 응답이 특징입니다. 강제 PWM 모드 제어는 전체 부하 범위에서 출력 전압 리플을 줄입니다. Power Good 기능은 시스템이 시퀀스를 제어할 수 있도록 합니다. 6핀 1.5mm x 1.5mm 소형 패키지를 사용하여 높은 전력 밀도를 달성하고 PCB에 작은 공간을 제공합니다. 또한 Light Load Mode Control이 적용된 제품과 다양한 출력 전류의 제품 라인업을 제공합니다.

This Evaluation Board was developed for ROHM’s Single Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converter BD9B207ANF-Z. BD9B207ANFZ is a synchronous buck DC/DC converter with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. The output voltage can achieve a high accuracy due to ±1 % reference voltage. It features fast transient response due to constant on-time control system. The Forced PWM Mode control reduces the output voltage ripple in the whole load range. Power Good function makes it possible for system to control sequence. It achieves high power density and offers a small footprint on the PCB by employing 6 pins in a 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm small package.
