BD99011EFV-M은 5V 출력의 파워 MOSFET를 내장한 저암전류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 중부하 시에 레귤레이트된 출력전압을 유지함과 동시에 고효율을 실현하며, SLLM™ (Simple Light Load Mode) 제어를 통해 경부하 시에도 저소비전류와 고효율을 실현합니다. 본 IC는 오토모티브 규격에 준거하며, 42V의 절대 최대 정격에 대응합니다. 콜드 크랭킹 시에도 출력을 유지하기 위해 최소 동작전압은 3.6V입니다. 또한, 전류 모드 제어로 고속 과도 응답과 위상 보상 설정이 용이합니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
BD99011EFV-M은 HTSSOP-B24 패키지와 소수의 외장 소자를 사용하여 소형 PCB 설계가 가능합니다.
