BD90521EFV-C는 전류 모드로 동작하는 동기정류 강압 DC/DC 컨버터입니다. 최대 2.4MHz의 주파수로 동작 가능하여, 인덕터 등의 외장 부품을 소형화할 수 있습니다. Pch과 Nch의 출력 MOSFET를 내장하여, 최대 2A의 출력전류를 공급할 수 있습니다. 외장 저항을 통해 출력전압, 발진 주파수를 변경할 수 있으며, 외부 펄스에 동기 가능합니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
