BD9015KV-M은 넓은 입력 범위에서 사용 가능한 2출력 동기정류 스위칭 컨트롤러입니다. 동기정류 방식으로 고효율을 실현하여, 모든 전자기기의 저소비전력화에 기여할 수 있습니다. 각 출력에 EN 단자, 소프트 스타트 기능, POWER GOOD 기능을 구비하여, turn-on / turn-off의 독립 제어가 가능합니다. 또한, PLL 회로를 내장하여 250kHz~600kHz의 외부 CLK로 동기 가능합니다.
