BD9035AEFV-C는 넓은 입력전압 범위 (VIN=3.8~30V)에서 사용 가능한 고내압 승강압 스위칭 레귤레이터로, 승강압 출력을 인덕터 1개로 실현할 수 있습니다. 본 IC의 스위칭 주파수는 모든 동작온도 범위 (Ta=-40℃+125℃)에서 ±7％의 고정밀도를 실현합니다. 또한, 승강압 자동 제어 방식을 채용함으로써, 기존의 Sepic 방식, H-bridge 방식의 스위칭 레귤레이터에 비해 고효율 전원을 실현할 수 있습니다.
