BD2268G-M은 USB (Universal Serial Bus) 전원 라인에 사용되는 High-side 스위치를 1ch 내장하였습니다. 파워 스위치부에는 저 ON 저항 Nch MOSFET를 1회로 내장하였습니다. 또한, 과전류 제한, 온도 보호, 저전압 lock out, 소프트 스타트 기능을 내장하고 있습니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
