BD81842MUV-M은 TFT LCD 판넬을 사용하는 카 네비게이션, 차량용 센터 디스플레이 및 계기판용 시스템 전원입니다. 허용 전력이 큰 패키지에 저저항으로 대전류에 대응하는 FET를 내장하여, 발열없이 대전류의 부하를 경감할 수 있습니다. 차지펌프 컨트롤러도 내장하여, 전장 부품수 삭감에 기여합니다. 또한, gate shading 기능도 내장하고 있습니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
