BD9866GUL은 3ch 강압용, 1ch 승강압 자동 전환용의 총 4ch DC/DC 컨버터용 IC입니다. 모든 ch FET를 내장하여 외장 부품 삭감이 가능합니다. 또한, 각 ch의 독립 제어가 가능하므로 비동작 ch의 저소비전력화를 실현합니다.
