BD96801Qxx-C는 애플리케이션 프로세서, SoC 및 FPGA용 기능 안전 기능을 지원하는 오토모티브용 PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit)입니다. 내부 MOSFET을 사용하여 최대 8A 출력 또는 외부 드라이버 MOS를 사용하여 40A 출력으로 확장 가능한 출력 전류 및 레일 접근 방식을 제공합니다.

The Scalable PMIC BD96801Qxx-C with OTP (One Time Programmable Memory) function is used as the PMIC that supplies power to the FPGA, and the output voltage and sequence can be set. The BD96801Q30-C is a PMIC dedicated to Artix7 and Spartan7 with the required power supply voltage and sequence set by OTP in advance.
