BD800M5Wxxx-C는 저소비전류 리니어 레귤레이터로 배터리 직결 오토모티브 시스템에 최적입니다. 본 IC는 45V 내압, 출력전류 500mA, 소비전류 17μA (Typ)입니다. 출력전압 정밀도는 BD800M5WFPJ-C, BD800M5WHFP-C의 경우 ±2%, BD800M5WFP2-C의 경우 ±2.5% (귀환 저항의 정밀도는 불포함)입니다. 출력전압은 ADJ 단자에 저항을 탑재함으로써, 1.2V에서 16V까지 설정 가능합니다. 출력 셧다운 기능을 내장하여, EN 단자에 HIGH 전압 인가 시 IC 출력이 ON되고, LOW 전압 인가 시 출력이 OFF됩니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
본 IC는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC의 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호회로, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열 파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다. 출력 위상보상 콘덴서에는 Low ESR의 세라믹 콘덴서를 사용할 수 있습니다.
