BDxxFD0 시리즈는 2A까지 공급 가능한 저포화 타입 레귤레이터입니다. 출력전압으로는, 외부 저항을 통해 설정하는 가변 타입과 고정 타입이 있습니다. 본 시리즈는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호회로, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열 파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다.
