500mA 5.0V 출력 LDO 레귤레이터
BD450M5WFPJ-C는 45V 내압, 출력전압 정밀도 ±2%, 출력전류 500mA, 소비전류 38µA의 저암전류 레귤레이터입니다. 본 IC는 배터리 직결 시스템의 저소비전류화에 최적입니다. 출력 위상보상 콘덴서로 세라믹 콘덴서를 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한, 본 IC는 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다. 출력 셧다운 기능의 CTL 단자에 고전압 인가 시 디바이스 출력은 ON되며, 저전압 인가 시 디바이스 출력은 OFF됩니다. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
