BD33GC0WEFJ는 출력전류 1.0A 공급이 가능한 레귤레이터로, 출력 정밀도는 ±1%입니다. 패키지는 방열성이 우수한 HTSOP-J8을 채용하여, 디지털 가전 등 폭넓은 어플리케이션에 사용 가능합니다.
본 기종은 출력 단락 등으로 인한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호, 셧다운 시의 회로전류를 0μA로 억제하는 ON / OFF 스위치, 과부하 상태 등으로 인한 열파괴로부터 IC를 보호하는 온도 보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다. 또한, 세라믹 콘덴서 대응으로 세트의 소형화 및 장수명화에 기여합니다.
