BD00HC5WEFJ 시리즈는 출력전류 1.5A 공급이 가능한 레귤레이터입니다. 출력 정밀도는 ±1% 입니다. 디지털 가전 등의 폭넓은 어플리케이션에 사용이 가능합니다. BD00HC5WEFJ 시리즈는 출력 단락등에 의한 IC 파괴를 방지하는 과전류 보호회로, 셧다운 시 회로전류를 0μA 로 하는 ON/OFF 스위치, 과부하 상태 등에 의한 IC 의 열 파괴를 방지하는 온도보호회로를 내장하고 있습니다. 또 세라믹 콘덴서 대응으로 세트의 소형화, 고수명화에 기여합니다.
