BD820F50EFJ-C는 45V 고내압 레귤레이터입니다. 출력을 감시하는 리셋 (RESET), 워치독 타이머 (WDT)를 내장하였습니다. 출력전류 능력 200mA와 동시에, 암전류를 낮게 억제하여, 시스템의 저소비전류화에 기여합니다. 또한, 레귤레이터 출력이 4.2V (Typ)를 밑돌면 RESET 신호를 출력합니다. RESET 지연 시간, WDT 감시 시간은 외장 콘덴서를 통해 조정할 수 있습니다.
