BD4271HFP-C는 45V 고내압 레귤레이터로, 출력을 감시하는 리셋 (RESET), 워치독 타이머 (WDT)를 내장하고 있습니다. 출력전류 능력 550mA와 동시에, 암전류를 낮게 억제하여, 시스템의 저소비전류화에 기여합니다. 출력을 ON / OFF하는 CTL 단자를 통해, CTL=L로 함으로써 출력을 OFF하여, 소비전류를 한층 더 억제할 수 있습니다. 레귤레이터의 출력이 4.65V (Typ)를 밑돌면 리셋 신호를 출력합니다. 또한, 외장 콘덴서를 통해, 리셋의 복귀 지연 시간 및 워치독 감시 시간을 조정할 수 있습니다.
