BD9397EFV는 대형 LCD 판넬용으로 설계된 고효율 백색 LED 드라이버입니다. 본 IC는 대전류 구동, 고속 펄스 응답 타입의 정전류 LED 드라이버 6ch과 승압 DC/DC 1ch을 내장하고 있습니다. BD9397EFV는 이상 상태에 대한 각종 보호 기능으로서 과전압 보호 (OVP), LED 오픈 · 쇼트 보호, DC/DC 과전류 보호 (OCP)를 내장하고 있습니다. 따라서, 높은 출력전압 범위에서 fail-safe 설계를 실현할 수 있습니다.
