BD18395EFV-M은 매트릭스 LED 제어 (시퀀셜 제어)에 대응 가능한 강압 LED 드라이버입니다. 4.5V~70V까지의 폭넓은 입력전압 범위, 저소비전력 셧다운 기능을 구비하여, 최대 2.0A의 출력 평균 전류를 공급할 수 있습니다. LED 전류는 외장 전류 설정 저항을 통해 설정할 수 있으며, 피크 전류 검출 OFF TIME 제어에 의해 동작합니다. UVLO, 과전류 보호, LED 오픈 검출, 서멀 셧다운 기능, LED 저전압 검출, Status Good 출력 기능을 내장하고 있습니다. 매트릭스 제어를 실행하는 LED의 구동에 최적입니다.
