오토모티브용 50V 500mA 1ch LED 소스 드라이버

BD83733HFP-M은 50V 고내압의 LED 소스 드라이버입니다. 정전류 출력을 PWM 방식으로 조광 가능하므로 오토모티브용 LED 구동에 최적입니다. LED 오픈 / 쇼트 검출, LED 전류 derating 기능을 내장하여 높은 신뢰성을 실현할 수 있습니다. 또한, 특허를 취득한 PBUS 기능을 사용함으로써, 본 LSI를 여러개 사용하여 LED를 여러개의 열로 구동하는 경우, 어떤 하나의 LED가 오픈 / 쇼트를 일으켜도 모든 LED를 일괄하여 OFF할 수 있습니다. 출력 IOUT 단자에 접속하는 LED가 2단일 경우에는 BD83732HFP-M, 3단일 경우에는 BD83733HFP-M을 사용하여 주십시오.
