BD18362EFV-M은 8ch FET 스위치를 내장한 매트릭스 LED 컨트롤러입니다. 내장한 FET 스위치를 ON / OFF함으로써 LED의 순차 점등을 제어할 수 있습니다. 게이트 드라이버용 전원 공급으로 차지 펌프를 내장하고 있습니다. 또한, 점등 패턴을 내장하여 마이컴이 필요하지 않습니다.
