BD81A74EFV-M은 35V 고내압 백색 LED 드라이버입니다. 정전류 출력 4ch을 1chip에 내장하여 최대 120mA/ch 출력이 가능하므로, 고휘도 LED 구동에 최적입니다. 승강압 current 모드에 대응하는 DC/DC 컨트롤러를 내장함으로써, 전원전압 변동에 대해 안정된 동작을 실현합니다. PWM 입력에 의한 조광 제어 (10,000 : 1)가 가능합니다.
