BV1HJ180EFJ-C는 오토모티브용 1ch High-side 스위치입니다. 출력의 이상 모드를 검출하는 과전류 제한 기능, 단락 검출 기능, 부하 오픈 검출 기능, 온도 보호 기능, 저전압 시 출력 OFF 기능을 내장하고 있으며, 이상 검출 시의 진단 출력 기능을 구비하고 있습니다. 또한, cold cranking에 대응하여, 전원전압이 크게 저하되는 경우에도 동작이 가능합니다.
