BV1HAC85EFJ-C는 8.0V ~ 28.0V 입력에 대응하는 단일 Nch MOSFET High-side 로드 스위치입니다. 과전류 보호 기능, 과열 보호 기능, 소프트 스타트 기능, 저전력 출력 OFF 기능을 내장하고 있습니다. 과열 및 과전류를 알리는 에러 플래그 알림 핀을 탑재하고 있습니다. 싱글 칩 전원 관리가 가능합니다.
