절연내압 2500Vrms, 입출력 지연시간 400ns, 최소 입력 펄스 폭 250ns의 절연소자 내장 게이트 드라이버입니다. 게이트 전압 상승 방지 기능, fault 신호 출력 기능, 저전압 오동작 방지회로 (UVLO), 온도 보호 기능, 단락 보호 기능 (SCP, DESAT)을 내장하고 있습니다.
