Li-Ion Battery Management LSI
The ML5262-001TBZ is an analog front-end IC designed for protection systems in 4- to 10-series lithium-ion rechargeable battery packs. It provides automatic monitoring of individual cell voltages, charge/discharge current, and temperature, and incorporates a wide range of protection functions. By using an external control MCU, the LSI also enables state-of-charge (SoC) management and supports protection against overcharge, over-discharge, and overcurrent conditions for each cell.
