BD63565EFV는 FULL ON 구동의 H-bridge 2ch을 내장한 모터 드라이버입니다. 1.8V에서 16.0V까지 동작 가능한 저 ON 저항 DMOS 출력 ＋ 고속 스위칭을 통한 저소비전력을 실현하였습니다. 소형 면실장 패키지를 채용하여, 모바일 기기 및 가전제품 등 다양한 세트에 대응 가능합니다.
