BD60203EFV는 DC Brush 모터 2개를 구동할 수 있는 H-bridge 2회로 내장 타입의 모터 드라이버입니다. 정전류 PWM 제어로, 고효율 구동이 가능합니다. 또한, 각종 보호회로를 내장하고 있으며, lock 검출용 회로도 내장하여, 모터 lock 상태를 통지하는 Wired-Or 대응 이상 검출 신호도 출력할 수 있으므로, 세트의 고신뢰성화에 기여합니다.
