BD16938AEFV-C는 오토모티브용으로 설계된 8ch Half-bridge 드라이버입니다. 소형 DC Brush 모터를 직접 구동할 수 있으며, 각 출력을 High 출력, Low 출력, Hi-Z 출력의 3가지 모드로 독립 제어 가능합니다. 16bit 시리얼 인터페이스 (SPI)를 통해 외부 MCU로부터의 제어가 가능합니다. 고내압 (최대 정격 40V), 저 ON 저항, 소형 패키지를 실현하여, 세트의 고신뢰성, 저소비전력화, 비용 절감에 기여합니다.
