BD16912EFV-C는 파워 DMOSFET를 통해 모터 구동부를 H-bridge로 구성하여 1chip에 내장한 오토모티브용 드라이버입니다. 다이렉트 PWM 제어 또는 정전류 PWM 제어로, 고효율 구동이 가능합니다. 출력전류 검출 앰프와 이상 검출 신호 출력 기능을 탑재하여, 저 ON 저항, 소형 패키지를 실현함으로써, 세트의 고신뢰성화, 저소비전력화, 스페이스 절약화에 기여합니다.
